A former dilapidated inner-city terrace house was fully refurbished to it’s former glory while respecting important heritage features.

Proposed works included a full re-modelling of rear areas for a more contemporary lifestyle, which include a new kitchen, laundry facilities and living area that open onto a raised deck.

New areas are modern in style to contrast the existing, but maintain a similar colour palette and feel to maintain a continuous flow, which is heightened by the use of floorboards throughout.
